Cancellation
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided preparation has not begun, by writing to our sales representatives at theumraocollection@gmail.com with your payment ID. Approved cancellations are refunded in full within 7 to 10 business days.
Fragrance & Hygiene
Opened fragrance cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original sealed presentation may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To arrange any return or exchange, write to our sales representatives at theumraocollection@gmail.com with your payment ID; they will guide you through the process personally. Return shipping is borne by the customer.
Damage in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, write within 48 hours with photographs and your payment ID; the House will replace it at no cost.
Bespoke
Alchemy commissions and personalised coffrets are made for a single patron and are not eligible for return once preparation has begun.
